Preamble

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GCU") define the terms of access and use of the website www.cima.dz and its subdomains, patient.cima.dz, admin.cima.dz, epay.cima.dz (hereinafter the "Site") offered by the Algiers Medical Imaging Center (hereinafter the "Owner").

Article 1 - Purpose

The Sites allow Users (defined below) to access information and services provided by the Owner.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the GCU

Access to and use of the Site by the user imply full and complete acceptance of these GCU. The User declares that they have read and understood these GCU and have the legal capacity to accept these GCU.

Article 3 - Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection and the necessary equipment. The Owner uses reasonable means to ensure access to the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Article 4 - Intellectual Property

The Site and all its elements, including texts, images, sounds, videos, databases, etc., are protected by intellectual property law. The Owner holds exclusive intellectual property rights to the Site and its content.

The Owner undertakes to respect the legislation in force on the protection of personal data.

Article 8 - Modification of the GCU

The Owner reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. Changes to the GCU will be notified to the User by email or on the Site. The User is deemed to have accepted the changes to the GCU upon their publication on the Site.

Article 9 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GCU are governed by Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data. In case of disputes relating to these GCU, the Algerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
