Our center

Who are we ?

The Medical Imaging Center of Algiers (CIMA) is the first private imaging center in Algeria Founded in August 1994 by Pr. M.YAKER, the center has been constantly improving since its creation the quality and the range of services to satisfy patients. CIMA has thus helped to introduce in Algeria technologies such as MRI, digitization of radiological images indirectly by flat-panel detectors and then by direct detectors, computerized management of the Imaging Center by RIS (Radiological Information System) and examinations by PACS (Communication and Archiving Image System), drafting reports by voice recognition, printing of images on paper booklets and creating a web-access to test results. The constant concern for quality medical and servicing improvement results in an over-specialization of the radiologists of the Center. The latter implement a rigorous organization of the process of patients and continuing education of all categories of personnel.
