Conduct of Examination
The patient is lying on an examination table. The area to explore should be undressed in order to spread a gel therein to facilitate the passage of ultrasound (this gel does not stain clothes; it is odorless and easily cleaned with paper).
The exam lasts 10 to 20 minutes depending on its complexity.
